Instructions
On the Rocks
- Place 2 ice cubes in a highball or Collins glass.
- Pour 1 shot (1.5 ounces) rum over the ice.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with 4-5 oz sweet & sour mix.
- Stir gently and garnish with a 1 slice pineapple slice or a 1 cherry, if desired, until well-chilled and refreshing.
Daiquiri Style (Blended)
- In a blender, combine 1 shot (1.5 ounces) rum, 4-5 oz sweet & sour mix, and 1 cup ice (crushed).
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish if you like.
