Instructions

Step 1: Simmer the Spices

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil.

Step 2: Steep and Strain

  1. Add 1 tbsp whole cloves, 2 tbsp whole allspice, and 2 cinnamon sticks to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes until aromatic.
  2. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solid spices, and reserve the spiced liquid.

Step 3: Combine and Warm

  1. In a large stockpot or slow cooker, combine the spiced liquid, 2 cups freshly brewed tea, 1 cup sugar, 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 (12 oz) can frozen Hawaiian Punch concentrate, and 1 qt (4 cups) rosé wine.
  2. Gently heat the punch over low heat until it reaches a warm serving temperature, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Do not let it boil, as this will cook off the alcohol.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  1. Prepare the garnish by studding thin lemon slices with a few whole cloves.
  2. Serve the warm punch in mugs, garnished with the clove-studded lemon slices until fragrant and inviting.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: Store leftover punch sealed in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, and gently reheat on the stovetop over low heat without boiling before serving.
