Instructions
Step 1: Combine the Base
- Squeeze the juice from 8 lemons into a large punch bowl or pitcher. Thinly slice the remaining 2 lemons and add them to the juice.
Step 2: Dissolve the Sugar
- Sprinkle the 1 cup powdered sugar over the lemon juice and slices. Pour in the 1/2 cup sweet sherry and stir gently until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Step 3: Add the Wines
- Gently pour in the chilled 1 bottle (750ml) rosé wine and the chilled 1 bottle (750ml) Chablis wine. Stir to combine until fragrant and uniform.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and chill thoroughly. Serve in glasses half-filled with cracked ice until refreshingly cold.
