Instructions
Step 1: Mixing
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and well-drained 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach.
- Stir in 1 C Hellman mayonnaise, 1 C sour cream, and the 1/2 C small chopped onion until fully incorporated.
- Add 1/4 C chopped parsley (dehydrated), 1 tsp dill weed, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp Beau monde.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and well blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
