Instructions

Step 1: Assembly

  1. Combine 2 10 1/2 oz. cans bean dip and 1 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix.
  2. Spread mixture on a 10” tray or in a 10” pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle 6 green onions (finely chopped) over the mixture.
  4. Blend together 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 cup dairy sour cream.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the onions, then sprinkle 1 4 1/2 oz. can sliced dark olives (drained) over the top along with any optional chopped tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, grated cheese, or salsa if desired.

Step 2: Chilling and Serving

  1. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until set and cold.
  2. Serve with corn chips.
