Instructions

Mixing and Shaping

  1. Combine the 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, 1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp onion, 1/4 cup green pepper, and 2 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
  2. Note: You can add part of the pecans directly into the cheese mixture if desired.
  3. Shape the mixture into 2 large balls or 4 small ones.
  4. Roll the formed balls in the finely chopped pecans until fully coated, then wrap and chill until firm.
