Instructions
Preparation and Frying
- In a large bowl, combine the 1 lb crab meat, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp prepared mustard, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp melted butter, 3 beaten eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
