Instructions

Step 1: Mix and Chill

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 12 oz. Cream Cheese, 4 oz. Blue Cheese, 4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tbsp Onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, and a dash each of Salt, Black Pepper, and Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.
  2. Mix thoroughly using a hand mixer or sturdy spoon until the mixture is completely uniform and smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm enough to shape.

Step 2: Shape and Coat

  1. Divide the chilled mixture in half and form into two cohesive balls.
  2. Either roll the balls in chopped Pecans until fully coated, or sprinkle generously with Paprika for color.
  3. Serve chilled alongside crackers.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: The cheese balls can be shaped and wrapped tightly in plastic wrap up to 3 days in advance. If using pecans, roll them in the nuts just before serving to ensure they stay crunchy.
