Instructions
Step 1: Mix and Chill
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 12 oz. Cream Cheese, 4 oz. Blue Cheese, 4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tbsp Onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, and a dash each of Salt, Black Pepper, and Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.
- Mix thoroughly using a hand mixer or sturdy spoon until the mixture is completely uniform and smooth.
- Cover the bowl and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm enough to shape.
Step 2: Shape and Coat
- Divide the chilled mixture in half and form into two cohesive balls.
- Either roll the balls in chopped Pecans until fully coated, or sprinkle generously with Paprika for color.
- Serve chilled alongside crackers.
💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: The cheese balls can be shaped and wrapped tightly in plastic wrap up to 3 days in advance. If using pecans, roll them in the nuts just before serving to ensure they stay crunchy.
