Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Mix

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup cheese, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Step 2: Assemble and Bake

  1. Arrange your choice of base (approx. 24 crackers or small bread slices) in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each cracker or bread slice.
  3. Bake for exactly 3 minutes, or just until the topping is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden. Serve immediately.

💡 Make-Ahead & Storage: The cheese spread can be mixed ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble and bake just before serving.
