Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Mix

- In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup cheese, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Step 2: Assemble and Bake
- Arrange your choice of base (approx. 24 crackers or small bread slices) in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each cracker or bread slice.
- Bake for exactly 3 minutes, or just until the topping is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden. Serve immediately.
