Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Cheese Base
- In a medium bowl, combine the 8 ounces cream cheese, 3 ounces soft cheddar cheese, 1 ounce blue cheese, and 1/2 cup onions. Mix with a spatula or an electric mixer on low speed until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Step 2: Shape and Chill
- Scrape the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and use the wrap to help shape the mixture into a uniform ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm to the touch.
Step 3: Coat and Serve
