1 canTomatoes, chunked up, with juice
To TasteSalt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast, steam, and peel the green chiles. Remove some of the seeds.
  2. Cut the pork into chunks and brown it in a skillet. Drain off the fat.
  3. Throw in chopped onions as the meat is browning.
  4. Throw in the can of chunked tomatoes with their juice.
  5. Simmer.
  6. Throw in the chunked chiles.
  7. Cook, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Note
