Instructions
- Roast, steam, and peel the green chiles. Remove some of the seeds.
- Cut the pork into chunks and brown it in a skillet. Drain off the fat.
- Throw in chopped onions as the meat is browning.
- Throw in the can of chunked tomatoes with their juice.
- Simmer.
- Throw in the chunked chiles.
- Cook, adding salt and pepper to taste.
