MeasurementsIngredients
1 poundHamburger
As NeededChopped Onion
1 or 2 cansChili Beans
1 large canTomatoes
A bunchCilantro
To TasteGarlic
To TasteSalt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown 1 lb. of hamburger (not too dark).
  2. Add some chopped onion.
  3. Drain off the grease.
  4. Add 1 or 2 cans of chili beans, 1 large can of tomatoes, and a bunch of cilantro.
  5. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer slowly.
