| Measurements | Ingredients |

| As Needed | Crisco or other fat |
| 1 tablespoon | Flour (per tbsp of grease) |
| To Taste | Red Chili Powder |

| To Taste | Garlic |
| To Taste | Salt and Pepper |
| To Taste | Oregano |
Instructions
- Brown the hamburger, lean pork, or round steak. Add Crisco if needed to make a generous 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.
- Add flour to thicken (1 tbsp flour to 1 tbsp grease).
- Stir and cook on very low heat (don’t burn!).
- Add some red chili powder to taste.
- Stir in water to make a “gravy.”
- Cook and stir, adding garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
- Cook for a long time.
