2Onions, chopped
1 stalkCelery, chopped
1 large cloveGarlic, chopped
1 (19 ounce) canKidney Beans, undrained
1 canUndiluted Tomato Soup
1/2 cupWater
2 tablespoonsChili Powder
1 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonCumin
1/2 teaspoonPepper
3 dropsHot Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped garlic until the meat is fully browned.
  2. Add all the other ingredients (undrained kidney beans, undiluted tomato soup, water, chili powder, salt, cumin, pepper, and hot sauce).
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
