| 1 can | Solid pack Tomatoes |

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the soup bone and meat with salt, onion, and a cube of garlic. Cover with water and cook for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the soup bone from the pot.
- Add one can of solid pack tomatoes (breaking them up with a spoon) and one can of tomato sauce to the broth.
- Finely chop the carrots and celery and add them to the soup. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the noodles to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, or according to package directions.
Note
Serve with hot garlic bread or toast.
