1 cubeGarlic
1 canSolid pack Tomatoes
1 canTomato Sauce
2Carrots
2 stalksCelery
As NeededNoodles

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the soup bone and meat with salt, onion, and a cube of garlic. Cover with water and cook for 1.5 hours.
  2. Remove the soup bone from the pot.
  3. Add one can of solid pack tomatoes (breaking them up with a spoon) and one can of tomato sauce to the broth.
  4. Finely chop the carrots and celery and add them to the soup. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the noodles to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, or according to package directions.

Serve with hot garlic bread or toast.
