Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Blanch the florets in salted, boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower thoroughly.
- In a bowl, toss the drained cauliflower with a dusting of olive oil, garlic salt, and any other seasonings you desire (“The Works”).
- Serve warm.
