Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Blanch the florets in salted, boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower thoroughly.
  4. In a bowl, toss the drained cauliflower with a dusting of olive oil, garlic salt, and any other seasonings you desire (“The Works”).
  5. Serve warm.
