| 1 Pound | Carrots |
| 1 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1 Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Dijon Mustard |
| Parsley, Snipped |
Instructions
- Peel Carrots and cut into ¼ inch diagonal slices.
- In a small pan, bring ½ cup Water to a boil; add Carrots, cover, and cook until barely tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Stir in Butter, Sugar, and Mustard.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until glazed, about one or two minutes.
- Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parsley.
