| 1 Pound | Bean Sprouts (boil) |
| 1 Teaspoon | Salt |
| 1/4 Teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sesame Seed |
| 1 1/2 Teaspoons | Vinegar |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sesame Oil |
| 1/2 Teaspoon | Crushed Red Pepper (hot) |
| 1 | Green Onion, chopped |
| 1/2 Clove | Garlic, minced |
| 1 1/2 Teaspoons | Soy Sauce |
Instructions
- Boil bean sprouts and squeeze out excess water.
- Rinse in cold water.
- Mix with remaining ingredients (salt, pepper, sesame seed, vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce)
Note
This is a good side dish for hot days.
