| Large Carton | Sour Cream |
| Shredded | Cheddar Cheese |
Instructions
- Cook Converted Rice as directed with a jalapeno pepper and 1 can chopped green chiles.
- Remove pepper, add another can of corn (optional), more green chiles, lots of ground black pepper, and a large carton of sour cream.
- Mix.
- Sprinkle lots of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hr (?).
