A simple but flavorful side dish. A package of wild rice is simmered with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and Kitchen Bouquet, then finished with a rich fold of sour cream.

| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 1/2 med. | Onion, sliced |
| 1-2 oz. can | Mushrooms, drained |
| 1 T. | Butter |
| 2 1/4 c. | Water |
| 1 T. | Catsup |
| 1/2 tsp. | Kitchen Bouquet |
| 1 (6oz.) pkg. | Wild Rice |
| 1/2 C. | Sour Cream |
Instructions
- Sauté onion & mushrooms in butter.
- Add water, catsup, and Kitchen Bouquet.
- Stir in contents of pkg. of wild rice.
- Bring to boil, cover, boil gently 22 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and fold in 1/2 Cup dairy sour cream just before serving.
