| One Cup | Uncooked Wheat Bulgur |
| Two Tablespoons | Butter |
| One Tablespoon | Minced Onion |
| Two Cups | Chicken Broth |

| Teaspoon | Salt |
| Few Grains | Pepper |
Instructions
- Melt two tablespoons of butter in a skillet.
- Add one cup of uncooked wheat bulgur and one tablespoon of minced onion.
- Cook until the bulgur is golden.
- Add two cups of chicken broth and seasonings ( teaspoon oregano, teaspoon salt, a few grains of pepper).
- Cover and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the bulgur is tender.
- Serve with chicken, lamb, or pork.
