Instructions
Stovetop Method
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- About 5 minutes before the end of cooking, fold in “to your taste” any of the ingredients listed above.
- Serves 4-6.
Baked “Firm Set” Dressing (Variation)
- After cooking the rice as directed above, fold in one beaten egg.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.
