| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 2/3 cup | Firmly packed Brown Sugar |
| 2/3 cup | Pineapple Juice (fresh if possible) |
| 1/4 cup | White Vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | Catsup (Ketchup) |
| 1 teaspoon plus | Soy Sauce |
| 1 dash | Garlic Salt (optional) |
| 2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 1/4 cup | Water |
Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice, white vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- In a small bowl, make a slurry by diluting the cornstarch with water.
- Thicken the boiling sauce with the cornstarch slurry to your desired consistency.
- Cook for one more minute after adding the cornstarch.
