1/3 to 1/2 cupCatsup (Ketchup)
3 tablespoonsSugar
1/4 cupVinegar (estimated)
1/2 cupOil (estimated)
A small dashSalt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the sugar, catsup, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
  2. Whisk or shake vigorously until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings or the oil-to-vinegar ratio as desired.
  4. Serve over salad.
