Instructions
- In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the sugar, catsup, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
- Whisk or shake vigorously until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasonings or the oil-to-vinegar ratio as desired.
- Serve over salad.
