| One Small | Onion, Quartered |
| Teaspoon | Celery Seed (or Celery Salt) |
| Teaspoon | Paprika |
| Cup | Salad Oil, Olive Oil, or a half-and-half mixture of both |
| Two or Three | Green Onions |
| One Clove | Garlic |
Instructions
- Place the catsup (or tomato sauce/lemon juice), sugar, vinegar, salt, quartered small onion, celery seed, paprika, and salad/olive oil in a blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Add two or three green onions and one clove of garlic.
- Blend again briefly just to combine.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
