| 1/3 C | Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1/2 tsp | Grated Lemon Peel |
| 1/4 C | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | Well Beaten Egg |
| 1 C | Tiny Marshmallows |
| 1 C | Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing |
Instructions
- In a 1 qt. saucepan, combine sugar and flour.
- Stir in lemon peel, juice, egg, and marshmallows.
- Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens slightly and marshmallows melt (about 10 min.).
- Cool slightly, fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve on fruit salads.
