MeasurementsIngredients
One & CupsFresh Basil Leaves, chopped fine
Three OuncesGrated Parmesan Cheese
CupOlive Oil
CupSalad Oil (Soy Oil suggested)
CupGround Pine Nuts
CupFeta Cheese, crumbled
Two ClovesGarlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients: one and a half cups finely chopped fresh basil, three ounces grated Parmesan cheese, cup olive oil, cup salad oil, cup ground pine nuts, cup crumbled feta cheese, and two crushed garlic cloves.
  2. Shake all together until well combined.
  3. Pour over a salad. (The card suggests a salad with tomatoes, cashews, celery, green onions, and lettuce).
