| One & Cups | Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped fine |
| Three Ounces | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| Cup | Olive Oil |
| Cup | Salad Oil (Soy Oil suggested) |
| Cup | Ground Pine Nuts |
| Cup | Feta Cheese, crumbled |
| Two Cloves | Garlic, crushed |
Instructions
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients: one and a half cups finely chopped fresh basil, three ounces grated Parmesan cheese, cup olive oil, cup salad oil, cup ground pine nuts, cup crumbled feta cheese, and two crushed garlic cloves.
- Shake all together until well combined.
- Pour over a salad. (The card suggests a salad with tomatoes, cashews, celery, green onions, and lettuce).
