| 3 Tbsp | Kirsch |
| 2 Cups | Dry White Wine |
| 3 Tbsp | Corn Starch |
| 1 LB | Natural Swiss Cheese, Grated |
| 1/4 tsp | Baking Soda |
| White Pepper | |
| Paprika | |
| Nutmeg |
Instructions
- Rub the inside of the pot with a garlic clove.
- Mix Corn starch and Kirsch and set aside.
- Put Wine in pot.
- Heat until bubbles start to rise on a medium heat.
- Add cheese.
- When cheese starts to bubble add cornstarch mixture.
- Stir constantly.
- Add baking soda & spices.
- It is ready.
