| Two | Large Onions, Diced |
| Two Cups | Vinegar |
| One Tablespoon | Dry Mustard |
| Teaspoon | Salt |
| One Teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
| One Tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
| One & Teaspoons | Pepper |
| Box (1 & Cups) | Brown Sugar |
| One Tablespoon | Liquid Smoke |
| Two Cups | Catsup |
| Teaspoon | Red Pepper (or 1 tsp Chili Powder) |
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan: diced onions, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, brown sugar, liquid smoke, catsup, and red pepper (or chili powder).
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, without a lid, for an hour or so, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
