| 2 T. | Lemon Juice (Fresh) |
| 1 T. | Accent |
| 4 T. | Oil |
| 1 lg. can | Black Olives (Sliced) |
| 1 C. | Finely Chopped Celery |
| 1 med. | Bell Pepper (Chopped) |
| 1 med. | Onion (Chopped, Purple-Good) |
| 1 sm. jar | Pimentos (Diced & Drained) |
| 2 C. | Mayonnaise |
Instructions
- Mix vermicelli, lemon juice, Accent, and oil while hot and refrigerate overnight.
- Add black olives and celery.
- Add chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, diced and drained pimentos, and mayonnaise.
- Mix and refrigerate.
