Instructions
- Drain all the canned beans (green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans).
- Chop or slice the medium onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained beans and the onion.
- In a separate bowl or jar, mix together the oil, white vinegar, salt, dash of pepper, and the can of sweet pepper flakes (including their liquid, unless you prefer to drain them).
- Pour the dressing mixture (“other stuff”) over the beans.
- Mix well.
- Chill for several hours or overnight for best flavor before serving.
