| 1 Bunch | Romaine Lettuce |
| 1 Bunch | Bibb or Boston Lettuce |
| 1 Pt. | 2 into) |
| 1/2 C. | Chopped Walnuts (I use more to what you desire) |
| 1 C. | Monterey Cheese (Shredded) |
Dressing
| Measurements | Ingredients |
|---|---|
| 1 C. | Oil (I use Olive Oil) |
| 3/4 C. | Sugar |
| 1/2 C. | Red Wine Vinegar |
| 1/2 t. | Salt |
| 1/2 t. | White Pepper |
| 1/2 t. | Paprika |
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients - toss with just enough dressing to moisten.
- Serve immediately.
