| 8-16 ounces | Block Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 2 large (or 10 baby) | Carrots, shredded |
| 1 can | Black Olives, sliced |
| 4-5 | Green Onions, chopped |
| 1/2 | English Cucumber, shredded (optional) |
| 4-5 leaves | Fresh Basil, chopped (optional) |
| 1/2 - 3/4 bottle | Italian Dressing |
| 1 teaspoon | Italian Seasoning |
| To Taste | Salt and Pepper |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
