| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 1 (12-13 ounce) box | Rotini or other pasta, cooked & cooled |
| 1/2 pound | Summer Sausage, chopped |
| 8 ounces | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 2 large or 10 baby | Carrots, shredded |
| 1 can | Sliced Olives |
| 3/4 bottle | Zesty Italian Dressing |
| To Taste | Salt and Pepper |
| Optional: | |
| 1/2 cup | Shredded Cucumber |
| 4-5 | Chopped Green Onions |
| 4-5 leaves | Fresh Basil, chiffonaded |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
Note
Let the salad refrigerate for at least half a day or longer to allow the flavors to meld.
