Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 (12-13 ounce) boxRotini or other pasta, cooked & cooled
1/2 poundSummer Sausage, chopped
8 ouncesCheddar Cheese, shredded
2 large or 10 babyCarrots, shredded
1 canSliced Olives
3/4 bottleZesty Italian Dressing
To TasteSalt and Pepper
Optional:
1/2 cupShredded Cucumber
4-5Chopped Green Onions
4-5 leavesFresh Basil, chiffonaded

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well.

Note

Let the salad refrigerate for at least half a day or longer to allow the flavors to meld.
