Instructions

  1. Take a thick orange skin and peel as much of the white pith off the inside as possible.
  2. Cut the orange peel into -inch “cog” shapes (likely meaning squares or decorative shapes).
  3. Put a whole clove in the center of each piece of orange peel.
  4. Let the spiced orange peels dry naturally.
  5. Use to spice up tea or as a sachet to scent a closet or drawer.
