Instructions
- Drain the juice from the can of sliced beets.
- Place the drained beets in a jar.
- In a small bowl, stir the sugar and vinegar together until the sugar begins to dissolve. Pour this mixture over the beets.
- Add a few slices of onion.
- Seal the jar and keep it in the refrigerator. For best flavor, let them marinate for at least 24 hours.
