Instructions

Step 1: Preparation and Cooking

  1. Brown the 2 lbs hamburger and 1 medium onion in a skillet, then drain well.
  2. In a large baking dish, mix the cooked hamburger, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can Chinese vegetables, and 1 can Brussels sprouts.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup raw rice and 2 tbsp soy sauce until well combined.

Step 2: Baking

  1. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until bubbling and the rice is tender and done.
