Instructions
Step 1: Preparation and Cooking
- Brown the 2 lbs hamburger and 1 medium onion in a skillet, then drain well.
- In a large baking dish, mix the cooked hamburger, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can Chinese vegetables, and 1 can Brussels sprouts.
- Stir in 3/4 cup raw rice and 2 tbsp soy sauce until well combined.
Step 2: Baking
