A simple and comforting baked casserole. Sliced summer squash (or zucchini), tomatoes, and onions are layered, seasoned, and baked with a cheesy cheddar topping.

| 3 | Tomatoes, sliced |
| 2 medium | Onions, sliced |
| 1 tsp | Salt |

| 2 T. | Butter or Margarine |
| 1/2 Cup | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash and slice squash and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover with tomato and onion slices.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Dot with the butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
