Instructions
- Mix together one and a half cups of grated cheese (any variety like Jack, Cheddar, or Swiss, or a mix), one cup of alfalfa sprouts, a dash of onion powder, and a dash of salt.
- Add one half cup of assorted seeds (such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, and soy nuts).
- Add just enough mayonnaise to give enough moisture to spread the mixture.
- Serve on whole wheat bread.
- This makes 3 or 4 sandwiches.
