Instructions
- Cook chopped onion in fat until tender.
- Add soup, evaporated milk, and 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese; heat and stir.
- Add chicken with remaining ingredients: mushrooms, ripe olives, parsley, lemon juice, and cooked noodles or spaghetti.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with additional cheese (amount not specified).
- Bake at 370 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
