| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 1 1/4 C. | Cooked Spaghetti |
| 2 C. | Cooked Hen (Thighs) |
| 1/4 C. | Diced Pimentos |
| 1/4 C. | Chopped Green Peppers |
| 1 can | Mushroom Soup |
| 1/2 C. | Chicken Stock |
| 1/2 t. | Salt |
| 1 3/4 C. | Grated Longhorn Cheese |
| 1/2 C. | Chopped Onion |
| 1 jar | Mushrooms |
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti, drain, and set aside.
- Mix chicken, onion, pimentos, green peppers, and spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.
- Pour in soup, stock, salt, pepper, and 1/4 C. cheese. Mix well.
- Top with remaining 1 1/4 C. cheese.
- Cook at 325-350° for 1 hour. Start in a cold oven.
