| Measurements | Ingredients |

| 1 Cup | Cooked Chopped Spinach, well drained (frozen is best) |
| ⅔ Cup | Ricotta Cheese |
| ¼ tsp | Garlic Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Ground Nutmeg |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| ⅛ tsp | Pepper |
| 4 | Manicotti Noodles, Cooked & Drained |
| ½ Cup | Marinara Sauce |
| 2 oz | Grated Mozzarella Cheese |
Instructions
- Mix spinach & Ricotta & add garlic powder, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
- Stuff mixture equally into manicotti noodles.
- Divide noodles into 2 individual shallow baking dishes.
- Place 2 Tbsp. Marinara sauce over each Noodle & top & 1oz. Cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 min. until cheese is bubbly.
