| 1 can | Progresso White Clam Sauce |
| To Taste | Chili Oil |

Instructions
- Cook your chosen pasta until it is “al dente.”
- While the pasta is cooking, gently heat the canned white clam sauce in a saucepan.
- Stir in a splash of white wine and some creme fraiche to enrich the sauce.
- Season the sauce to your liking, and add a drizzle of chili oil for some heat.
- Toss the cooked, drained pasta with the prepared sauce.
- If using, toss in some fresh sprouts at the end.
- Serve immediately.
Note
The recipe card is very fragmented. It seems to suggest using a base of “Progresso” brand “white clam sauce.” Other notes like “Sláinte to bottom” are unclear. The card also contains unrelated notes at the bottom: “M-Z Livedin group” and “Carmelmag.com.”
