Instructions
- Place veal in deep bowl; season.
- Marinate in vinegar for 1 hour.
- Remove from vinegar; dry, and place in greased roaster.
- Place in hot oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and brown.
- Cut onions and tomatoes in thick slices and fry.
- Add to veal.
- Reduce oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add stock or water to cover.
- Continue to bake for 30 to 40 minutes
