| 1 - 10 ounce can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 - 16 ounce can | Chinese Vegetables (Drained) |
| 6 | Lean Pork Chops |
| Pepper (to taste) | |
| 1 1/4 cup | Water |
Instructions
- Combine rice, soup, and 1 1/4 cups of water, and vegetables in a large baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops on top.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Add additional water if needed.
