Instructions
- Preheat oven to moderate (350°F).
- Remove rind from ham. Wipe with a damp cloth.
- Place ham in a granite pan or casserole dish.
- Cover the ham with milk (or milk and water).
- Place a cover on the pan or casserole.
- Bake in the moderate oven for about 2 hours.
- If the ham is not brown, remove the cover and let it bake for a few more minutes to brown.
