Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and brown the chopped onions first.
- Add any available gravy to the skillet and heat through.
- Add the chopped leftover meat and cooked potatoes.
- Cook, turning and pressing down occasionally, until the hash is heated through and browned to your liking.
Note
The original recipe simply says to “try & keep turning.” For a crispier hash, press the mixture down into the pan and let it brown well before turning.
