Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix 1 cup ketchup, cup brown sugar, cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, tablespoon dry mustard, and tablespoon nutmeg.
- Stir well.
- Add 1 lbs chipped, boiled ham to the sauce mixture in the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil on top of the stove.
- Transfer the mixture to a deep baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 250°F (120°C) for 45 minutes.
- The meat is served on hamburger buns.
- It is good served with french fries and a green salad.
