| 1 1/2 pounds | Ground Beef |
| 1/2 cup | Fresh Bread Crumbs |

| 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 cups | Tomato Sauce (divided) |
| For the Barbecue Topping: | |
| 1/3 cup | Water |
| 3 tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | Brown Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | Prepared Mustard |
| 2 teaspoons | Worcestershire Sauce |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and half of the tomato sauce (approximately 1 cup).
- Mix well and place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining tomato sauce with the water, vinegar, brown sugar, prepared mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the topping.
- Pour the topping sauce over the meatloaf in the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
