Instructions

  1. Dip the fish fillets in seasoned flour, coating them completely.
  2. Heat about 1 inch of olive oil in a deep skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Carefully place the floured fish into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
